Non receipt of salary

Dear Sir,

I am working as an employee with a CA firm. However due to some reason they are not paying me salary for Januray 2013.What are the remedies available to me?

how much is salary amount? keep on reminding your seniors about non receipt of slary

The salary amount is Rs.50000. The seniors are not listening. They may not pay my salary.

why are they not paying your salary ?have they paid salary to other employees?

going legal route is not advisable for Rs 50,000 .

your expenses on court fees and lega fees would be substantial .

They are not paying because of our internal matter in relation to something.

But Sir, how can they not pay my salary. I had worked for the whole month.

Is there any remedy available to me Sir?
