Fake certificate

Respected experts, kindly help me.

My institute has issued a certificate to me under my pressure after 7 months of examination which is fake.It contains signature of the counselor and the receptionist and not the institution head.How to prove that this certificate is fake?
How to and where to lodge a complaint of unfair tread practice and how would it proceed.
I did MBA in a institute under Punjab Technical University.

find out from your batch mates whether they have been issued similar certifcates . find out whether institute is recognised by Punjab University or not . complain to university
