Ethical hacking

Dear Sir/mam,
I want to conduct a session on ethical hacking in colleges and institution.
Please help me answering whether this kind
of course delivery is legal in INDIA or not.
and if its legal then what kind of precautions we should take before moving forward.

Such practice is not legal in India.

Thankyou sir for your valuable comments.
But i have seen various institutions in
my city delivering such courses.Even they
had placed the details of this courses in
there notice boards and newspaper and office frontdesks.

I mean to ask if it is not legal then how can all this institution can do this.
