Please let me know which documents out of the following we can get from the Police as per RTI for the F.I.R being registered under sections 498A/406
1. Copy of complaint
2. Copy of case diary
3. Copy of Daaj List
4. Copy of Bills given by complainant
5. Copy of Evidences given by complainant
6. Copy of Police Report
7. Copy of complainant’s Byaan
8. Copy of other parties Byaan
9. Copy of Attendance/Roll Call

If the matter is at investigation stage then you may not get the entire set of documents.
The necessary limitations will be put keeping in view the appropriate provisions of RTI Act and Cr.P.C
However, the entire challan will be given at appropriate stage.

If FIR has already been lodged against you in which you have been bailed out then wait for some more days when you shall be provided with copy of charge-sheet which shall contain everything except police diary.
