Guest (Querist) 26 March 2013 This query is : Resolved
I made my discharge application by refering HC judgements of quash.

With judgement number, Do I have to give atteasted copy of HC judgements?

The decision in quashing case would nt help you in discharge application.
Anyway you may refer those by filing copies of such decisions.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 26 March 2013
It is always better to supply the copy of the referred judgment.
