good Morning respected members

Sir can use SMS mobile messagae as evidences before the hon'ble court. if so? how can i produce it before the hon'ble court as evidence. what is the procedure

yes it can be used as evidence in court .take print out of these sms . you cna examine mobile service provider in this regard

if you have opted for itemised billing the service provider sends you detailed statement of sms sent and charges for the same .
