Sir,

I have purchased a non judicial stamp paper of 100/- 8 months before now it is used by my cousin for a property agreement. Will I be responsible for the consequences of that agreement as the paper belongs to me?

stamp paper is expired and agreement on it is

illegal.

There was no expiry of that stamp paper had it been used by you but the agreement written on the stamp paper of you by your cousin for his own name is illegal but you are not responsible for that.
