If a person has filed his divorce but before getting that, is he allowed to marry any other person under special marriage act or any otheract?

no he cannot marry again unless divorced

But if for some urgency he / she has to marry someone, and if social marriage is done before divorce, what are the consequences??? Is it a criminal offence???

yes it is criminal offence . his first wife can file case of bigamy against him . in addition under HMA no man can remarry during subsistence of his earlier marriage

Can you help me out??? I love a person who has been married 4 yrs ago with some other person. But he has genuine problem with her & his wife also had regular fights with her inlaw parents. He is going to file a divorce soon, and we both along with our family want both of us to get married. But I want to get married as soon as possible as he have been transferred to some other place for 3 years. So all of us want us both to get married but till now he has not got the divorce. What can we do?? We cant wait for a year. Pls help out.

his wife should agree for divorce . for divorce by mutual consent it is necessary that they stay separate for an year . then dfile for divorce by mutual consent .
dont be in ahurry to marry . other wise you will repent in leisure . his wife may make your life miserable
