Sir,
IN 1992 my father created an HUF just for tax saving purpose with my grandfather. With a lot of hardwork my father has been able to buy a few propeties, but he got them registered as HUF properties and now my Grandfather is very ill (severe). My BHUA (i.e.my father's sister) is asking for share in both properties- Grandfather's Individual property and the HUF's property(since now daughters also have an equal share in HUF). So I want to know is there any way that she be paid a share only out of my grandfather's individual property and not out of HUF's property (wich is actually earnings of only my father's efforts)

Though the property may be the earning of your father, but if your father have chosen to throw his property in the common hotch pot then, your BUA is also entitled to a share in it being a memeber of HUF.

Who created the HUF and who are all the members of the same? This information is required before your query could be solved.

It is also important to know that, your father purchased few properties in his own name or in the name of your grandfather. Also is he purchased from his own income sources or out of Joint Family income ? These clarifications required to throw light in your query.
