in civil suit is there any time limit to file
application / petition to make changes in plaint , the plaintiff wants to file after a period of 4 yrs. will the suit be dismissed.

If civil suit is pending , at any time interlocutory application may be filed, for filing application in pending suit there is no limitation.

Suit cannot be dismissed and the application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC can be moved at any stage of the case.
