Please assist me :
Some one had created Fake social Networking account account from outside India
Cyber crime Department has confirmed id was created from Switzerland and officer answers only CBI can Bring him back ,But Right now Concern person in Norway,
Please suggest How i should proceed to get him punished .since crime was commited in outside India,Atleast he Could be punished outside india ?

What damages, injuries you claim to be compensated??
Our Police are limiting losses to 2L. As have no sufficient trained staff.

Hi SHROFF ,
I have problem with My voice
So people are copying my voice with an intention to tortured mentally
for example : you can see one of the attachment
cyber crime department have confirmed this account was created in swizerland as culprits was working in Switzerland

This is the reply which i have got from Police cyber crime department .
They have confirmed account was created by the culprits

Please guide me as he is staying away from india
still i have details of few fake accounts which he is accessing from norway
