respected sir/madam,
i m from pune, maharashtra.
when we are driving and if we forget to carry necessary docs, eg- driving license, rc, etc.
is it compulsory to pay fine or law gives some time to show docs.
police forces us to pay fine and behave rudely.
what should we do if we forget to carry docs while driving ?

pay the fine . you will remember next time to carry all your documents .

If you don't pay the fine, you will have to go to court may be more than once, there also since you were not carrying documents with you at the time of challan, there also you may have to pay fine.
Better Pay the fine on spot.
