Res Sir,
My client Finance company Made agreement with Showroom Deelar for made Hire Purchases Files with Vicle Costmer .
In the runing agreement that delar made H/P Agreement file with Comstmer but actully not given the vicle to costmer but on good faith delare also agreement with Costmer on behalf of company and rec secourty chaque and other document.
after made agreement company pay vilcle amount to dealar thought chaque and also rec amount.( with out given vicle to costmer)
but on recovery from company that point find out and suprised
What offence made.
Plz guide me

plz guide with sec of IPC me what offience made out from Show Room Dealar .

dealer has failed to deliver vehicle to customer but collected money from the customer . dealer is guilty of cheating and criminal breach of trust . company has paid the dealer . the company can file case against dealer for cheating , criminal breach of trust .

Is also Breach of trut but dealer is not only cheating to costmer he also cheat to Financial company Because he also Rec blanck chaque and other formilites and prepare H/P Agreement on behalf Finance company and all document send to finance compay.
On behalf doc and H/p agreement finance company Given the Vicle payment to Dealer.
But on the way of recovery from Costmer that point find out that Actully not hand over the vicle to costmer from Dealer.
so in which sec of IPC presetn complitant and what offence with fiance company.
