hi respected Experts
My wife file false 498A and DV case which is running parallely till now 498A case charge sheet is not prepared.
And In DV case counselling has failed and magistrate has ask to file a counter attack with in fifteen days.
I have some quesions in this regards:
1.How to file an effective counter and what are the points needs to be consider.
2.Any thing which i must need to specify in the affadavit/counter attack.

1. There is no effective counter except telling the truth if the allegation is false.
2. Denial and counter allegation, if any.

Deny the allegations made against you. Rest all depends upon facts and circumstances of the particular case.

this is not counter attack, this is written objection, you have to deny all the false allegations and demand to dismiss the complaint with heavy cost.

Hello Respected Experts
Actually neither she want to give me divorce nor she want to come back my lawyer is telling you can't even file for divorce becaz it will shows your negativity.
All she want to enjoy on my hard earn money....
Now there is so much bitterness in our relation.
Please tell me whats the right time to file a divorce.

You can file divorce suit at any time you wish. law does not prescribe any time better for filing suit for divorce.

Engage a good local family lawyer, he would get your reply filed and would defend you in the case. divorce suit can also be filed.
