Hearing in execution application

Whether there can be a hearing for admission of a execution petition made under order 21 CPC for execution of a decree.

No, once you file the case the notice would be issued against JDR.
However he can challenge it under Order 21 Rule 87 cpc.

When there is a decree,its' execution does not require any admission procedure and is numbered and registered automatically then notice is sent to J.Ds.
