Contract bond signed in ibm bangalore

Dear sir,
As i signed contract bond for one year but left the company with in one month . what will be the consequence and what measures should i take .please help me

Without seeing the Bond it is difficult to advise.
If there is a penal clause you may be directed to pay damages.

Conditions of bond can be enforced on you legally.

Since you have broken the conditions of the service bond, the action as per penal clauses of the bond can be taken against you legally.

Bond term shall prevail. You shall have to deposit the bond money to your employer.
