In the given facts it can be said that the plot is to be transferred in the names of legal heirs and after that they can sell their share through a registered sale deed.

However, following information needed:
a) Whether property was ancestral or self acquired.
b) Who are the legal heirs, mother or sisters if any.
c) Whether any will available.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 June 2013
Whether your mother and grand-mother are alive or not and what is the status of your sisters?

Your share is to be ascertained on the basis of aforesaid information.

You can definitely sale your share after entry of mutation in your name.
