this is with regarding of filing a criminal trespass case against a third party who is not a party to the proceedings ventured into the land doing construction work when there case pending before the trial court. The trial court in this case has granted status quo.

A case of criminal trespass can be filed even during pendency of the civil case.

Now a fresh cause of action has arisen against the third party so civil suit as well as criminal cases do lie independently against that person.
