My land for village school

Hi, One Tamil nadu govt school In my village, thats have upto 8th standard class only, village peoples plan to make that school as SECONDARY SCHOOL that is upto 10th standard class. Village people asking my land but some gang plan to take my 2acres fully,I have doubt that they may plan to take my full land and give small cents to govt and take remaining land to them. How to I handle it? My questions are 1. They must have authorized certificate for get my land( any govt order) 2. Wat will be and will not be in the agreement? 3. To whom I want to transfer my land like a persons or District educational officer? 4. If I give land to govt directly, govt give amount for that? 5. How to know howmuch cent govt need for build school. 6. Whom I want to consult? I like to give land for school, but I not like to be fool in it. Thanks in advance..

No body except the Govt has right to requisition your land for public purposes.
So meet with District Collector and have talk over this issue. Any transfer of land must be made directly to the gov. and not to any other private body.

1. If the Government want to acquire the land, it will adopt the legal procedure. If you want to donate the land (or any portion of it) you can do so, at your wish. No compensation would be paid if donated. Any private person can not be given authority by the Government to take your land.
2. There is no need of any agreement in both of the above situations.
3. If gifted / donated, it may be done so direct in the name of the school.
4. If the land is needed by the Government for public use / school , it may acquire as per procedure laid down and compensation is paid.
5. It is your wish, how much you want to donate, you may do so in consultation with the school Head Master or the District Education Officer.
6. You may consult with the school Head Master or the District Education Officer.

Thanks Mr.Gopal.. That gang saying that they give money for the land by collecting money from village people so land wil be transfer to 3 people they are responsible for give to govt. They collapsed me and make to fool me.. I need the procedure for give land to govt for the school. And I want confirmation that govt wil pay for my land?

Yes, you would get market price for the requisitioned land.

Kai bar experts bhi bina identity pehchane lambi lambi slahain diye jate hain aur baad main pta chalta hai ki vo to student hai aur classromm ka kaam humse le rha hai.
