thank you very much mr barman ,nanda

addresses of respondents in court record may be insufficiant or changed i have visited personally to respondant place and taken full address with phone numbers

now if court instructed to issue fresh notice then whether court can send notice to new/correct addresses or they will send notice to old addresses ?

if notice is returned un served then you can serve at new address
SANJAY (Querist) 10 July 2013
thanks mr ajay actually previsous notices has not been sarved and we have requested to notice publication however expenses for notice publication in english newspaper are not affordable hence we request court to serve personaly and then court mentioned in order "Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents, returnable
in eight weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

now whether we have to write application to court or we can give new addresses to court registrar to send notices on new addresses
pl advice

You shall have to provide latest addresses of the respondents so that fresh notice may be issued at that address as per direction of the court.

Stating all circumstances, get a direction from court to serve him through his employer.
