Master degree with bechlor degree

Sir,
I am a M.com previous year student from RDVV Jabalpur. i have recently heard that joint degree programme has been introduced. And according to this, the student can do 2 degree courses together.
So Please tell me sir can i join bsw course from ignou and also continue the m.com from RDVV Jabalpur.

Kindly see the prospectus of ignou. Some open universities they will be providing like this. So before joining, better to read the prospectus and accordingly if permits join.
