Tenant died pending HRC CASE. Now Whom to be impleded as LR as per karnataka rent act. 1.Tenants children 2. person in ocupation of premises 3. tenants interest holder as per WILL left by tenant

His heirs i.e., wife, sons and daughters. interest holders as per will( they are not LRS but they are necessary parties)
