if the complainant bank is in tirupur then the complainant can file the case in tirupur

Bhaskaran case for JURISDICTION has been greatly misunderstood.

However it was single Judge citation and now Hermann case which is two Judge deliberation is the current law.

Delhi HC in Raj travels and Mumabi HC in Modi, Voltas and many other such cases have discussed them in detail.

In short the Jurisdiction is the place of drawee bank and where notice is received and not issued.

If the Bank of complainant which presented the cheque is in Tripur case can be filed there.
