What do you want exactly.
Birth certificate is sufficient.
Passport office does not ask for proof of place of birth.

SSC certificates generally does not contain birth place. Birth date is sufficient for passport. In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable. That will be containing place of birth also.

Respected Dr. Jyothi Vishwanath ,
My wife is not having Birth Certificate & School Leaving certificate.
She is having ONLY SSC board certificate having date of birth.
So whether Passport office accept ONLY SSC board certificate for the proof of birth date.
If they ask about proof for place of birth, then what is to be done.

Passport office accepts Matriculation certificate as proof for date of birth.
That is enough proof. They don't ask for proof for place of birth. You can proceed with the SSC certificate to the passport office without worries.
