Police officer's personal attack by words

Dear sir, two weeks before i'd complained about a person who came by car and tried to hit my friend (rash drive) and flew away, but i catched that car and informed to the nearby traffic police. but the Police officer who came there used unrespected words towards me.

Can i file a case against him or complain about him?

Every one has self respect and if it gets heart publicly, he shall definitely feel like you but the problem is that the process is so slow that you shall then decide not to initiate such action. Better to foget as rough language is the symbol of police personnel.
