In civil suit the suit scheduled property is valued more than 1 lakh, now if i file the case

1- what is the court fees to be paid.

2- to file in junior or senior court.

1. check court fee from court fee act.

Court fees shall depend upon the state court fee act.
Where to file the suit would depend upon the exact value [merely saying more than one lakh is not enuf].
