Definations and clarifications.

RESPECTED SIR'S,

Please define and clarify the following.

1) AUTHORISED SIGNATORY

2) CONSTITUTED ATTORNEY

IN THE COURT DOES THESE TWO HAVE POWERS TO ATTEND THE SUIT AND PERFORM ALL LEGAL DEEDS OR IS THE POWER OF ATTORNEY DOCUMENT A MUST IN THE COURT.

If the A S and C A are not authorised to attend the court and perform the legal deeds then can the court initiate action against them
