Possession to new members in redeveloped soceity

our building is redeveloped by the Developer, the possession of new costructed flats were given to old and new members, possession to new members is given without taking permission from soceity
amenities promised by developer ar still pending,new members are not following the rules and regulation of soceity, when intimation is given to developer to arrange meeting with new members
develper is not allowing the old soceity to talk or have any communication with new members,
developer in fact informed soceity that they should be bothered about old members not new members
please suggest if we can take any action on this or not

new members have to be admitted as members of society . they have to make application ot the society for being admitted as members . if builder has failed to provide amenities promised move consumer forum for necessary reliefs

If the developer has not provided the amenities as undertaken by way of the agreement then you should provide a notice to him failing which to file a consumer complaint and on the other hand, all new members are bound to take membership of the old society.
