Police diary and complaint before sp made

Dear Sir,
Police diary and complant made in April 2011 about the incidents of several torture and criminal conspiracy of wife and wife parent & Brother. She and her aprent made extortion of money and i have evidence and recording in my mobile.
when i filed police diary, she filed 498a and after that i followed the case to get bail and till now my bail proceeding is in progress before the court.
my query is that can i follow my complaint through court to proceed against wufe and her in laws after geting bail from high court as i hope that bail can be obtained within two months. court can give order to police make FIR against her and her in laws.
What is time limitation to proceed to FIR from the date of filing of complaint ?
kindly suggest.

Yes you can always follow up your complaint and initiate the case against them through court if the police is not wiling.

You can proceed and through court if police is not willing.

You can definitely proceed but generally not only police but courts also do hesitate to lodge FIR against wife and her family members on the intanse of her husband.
