i want to know the procedures to file PIL in HIGH COURT & SUPREME COURT???
is PIL is same thing as SLP when filed in upreme court??????
CAN SOMEONE FILED SLP IN SC WITHOUT FILING PIL????????

PIL and SLP both are different. anyone can file a PIL before Supreme court.
For filing procedure you can search through supreme court site or contact a lawyer.
you can easily bear consultation fee of a lawyer.

SLP can only be filed before SC against already decided case by High court whereas PIL can be filed by any person either before HC or SC.

thanks everyone .
this query is not acedmic , ofcourse i am a student persuing LLB.
I WANT TO FILE A PIL against raising rent in delhi/ncr , problem faced by crores of tenants .
i want municipal authority to establish a standard rent which should be charged from tenants of each area, it must b erembered that i am not tallking about rent for house property income or for income tax work .
there should be rules & regulation ,which should be implented on ground level not only on paper .
in my opinion because of this unorgised procedure government is loosing crores of revenue per year ,which should be checked.
