solvency certificate

Dear sir. I.have one query regarding solvency certificate. Only one week is left for jugement of the client in corruption matter, We have to get ready for bail because anything can happed. And for solvency certificate it takes 15 day. Therefore my query is if the solvency certificate is not submitted for bail purpose in session court then which is thee other way for giving bail for client pls help as early as posssible so that i can be ready for bail the like amt for bail can be rs. 25000 /-. Of the judgemnt is against the client we will go for appeal

I m jr adv. an i have joint my senior adv recently . So for my learning purpose i have askes this query .my senior have informed client very late to arrrange solvency certiicate so for my future exp i am asking that if solvency is not submitted on time for bail then which can be other obtion
