Divorce

(Querist) 05 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
i have filed divorce on the basis of domestic violence. I did file a domestic violence case aswell prior to
divorce(both cases filed in 2012). I was manhandled on almost all days for 6 yrs but as i have not gone to any hospitals, there are no proofs to prove it. just because i don't have proofs, will divorce case be rejected by out?
Also, what is this new marriage bill all about.

In absence of domestic violence evidenced by medical proofs other evidences have to be given. Consult your lawyer.
Both the cases would be decided on merits.

you must have engaged a lawyer to fight your DV ad divorce case . in cpetition for divorce you must have mentioned that you have been physically assau;lted on number of occassions . your testimony and that of other witnesses shsuld be sufficent

Agreed to the experts...

And one cool suggestion...
if too much tension...
cut all communication with your spouse
change your mobile number
and be cool
and you will get desired results...
