M 29 bond for managing committee member

M20 bond compulsion is removed for mc members by govt. vide their gr on 6.9.2012.I want to know whether when the bond was compulsory and it was not given by previous managing committee which does not exists but a member is active in new managing committee.Can we take action against him fro not furnishing the bond that time? what will be the punishment fine/imprisonment/expulsion as member.The said member is prompt about his maintenence payment and very helpful to the society.By knowing about this lacuna he does not want work for the society and wants to resign from his post. please advise.

It is M20 Idemnity bond not m-29 Its a typing error.

if previous MC had not furnished bond you ought to have complained to the Registrar . in such a case adminstrataor would have been appointed . as on date MC is no longer in office . fresh MC had taken over after elections and MC is no longer required to give Indemnity bond . forget about the whole issue now
