Attempt to Suicide

After conducting court of enquiry by the dept of CRPF, Govt of India for attempt to Suicide (hanging myself due to family problem at Govt Quarter) and given Warning letter to me by Commandant AND not lodge any FIR at the time of incident. Also in the court of enquiry report, the incident was happend due to Not Intension for attempt to suicide, it was happend on the spur of moment for creating fear to his wife for avoiding some unwanted arugments. Also, Doctor who treated me was mentiond that its a Delibrate Self Harm, and not mentioned in medical paper as attempt to suicide. But CRPF HQr repeatly asking how to given Warning. Punsihment supposed to more than warning like rank/increment deduction, withhold promotion, Removal etc. Also, as per CRPF Rule, warnining is not come under the punishment (major or minor) rule. But it may be conisdered for imposing any future punishments. Is it possible to give/increase such punishment after already given Warning. Plz help me sir. I didn't get any punishments or memo or warning earlier during my 10 year service.

If HQ is not satisfied with the punishment of warning awarded by CO then it has to clearly mention the reasons for dissatisfaction and also an opportunity of hearing to delinquent personnel which if not followed, you have a good case to challenge the order of HQ before High Court.
