criminal case # with code CR/../2013 and Court - CJM , Bangalore Rural
CASE STATUS : CASE IS NOT ALLOCATED TO COURT
Need expert advice on the below queries please :
1. It is showing (actual) Petitioner Name v/s Respondent(s) Name .However, in criminal case, shouldn't it be respondent(s) vs State ? what inference can be drawn from this?
2. Since, CASE No. with CR...got generated,does it mean that charge-sheet is already submitted to CJM court from Police station ?

Am a victim of false case and this is a practical situation, so request your help in clarifying this.

If FIR No. is not given, it appears a private complaint case has been filed and to be listed for pre-summon stage to pass orders u/s. 156(3) or for pre-summon evidence.
