Taking vital documents on record in mms court

(Querist) 20 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
We all know how corrupt police officers try to dilute and help criminals going scott free in criminal cases. In a criminal case registered in MMs Court at Ballard Pier, Mumbai by police it has come to notice that Investigating Officer has deliberately not brought on record in the charge sheet all the documents that were handed over to him and for which we have the acknowledgement. These documents are vital for the case. Pl. advice under which section of Cr.PC or criminal law these documents can be brought on record so that we can do the needful.

Your help / guidance will be highly appreciated.
