The committe of the a co-op .soc. intentionally does not call memebrs/s to the special meeting , because he / they seek explanation for the expenditure incurred for the ongoing repair work of the building. the meeting was called to get members permission for spending more on the repairs.
what is the right available to the member/s (who were not called)?
requesting the experts to guide in the issue.

thank you sir,
but if the secretary / president intend to not to call the member/s opposing their proposal then ?
The amount of proposed repair is huge. the consented amount of work is over for which contribution received and paid, but now they propose to carry out external repair of the whole building, involving a very fat contribution.
