my great grand father has own earned agricultural lands.He has two sons and one daughter. He died in the year 1975 without writing any will or settlement regarding his agricultural lands. My question NO:1 Does his 2 sons and a daugher has equal rights in his own earned properties? My great grand father's eldest son is enjoying the income from his fathers property and through "patrimony" he has bought 3acres of lands in his ownname Here Eldest son is my grand father and he died without any will or settlement. My question NO2:Doi have a share inthose 3 acresofland which he gotfrom patrimony?NO:3 my grand father's brother's son says that he has equal share in those 3 acres ofland which stands in the name of my grandfather?NO:4 Do i have any share in those lands which belongs to my great grand father?

The answers to queries 1, 2 & 4 is 'yes'. As regards to query 3 the answer could be 'yes' if the property is much less than self earned but is purchased out of common earnings of the family.
