girl was 17yearand 11 month and 20 days old when she run from her home and came to delhi from jaipur to meet me after that we got maaried incourt and temple when she become 18years
i made 161 staement in court of her at mumbai ,then police arrested me and she made her 164 statement in court and she want away with her parents after that ,on which bases i got bail ,now trail has been started and girl has change her statment in court what should i do now....

Her case is very weak after 164 statement. Do not worry, you would be acquitted.

the marraige had taken place with her consent when she was 18 . in her statement she admitted the same . even if she has changed her statement now at stage of trial it will weaken case of prosecution .
