Under which section of MCS act an application can be file for the recovery of interest by ex-chairman on misuse of funds when he was treasurer...
And what action can be taken.
earlier it was filed by some other advocate before registrar u/s 101 which was rejected on the ground of wrong section.
and also need a format of legal opinion on the same topics...

we dont provide any formats .
you can move cooperative court against ex chairman for recovery of funds mused by said treasurer while in office

Thank u sharmesh sir, but society doesn't want to get in to more litigation...any other act oof MCS.
because pending interest 21000/- only and somwhere 750000/ rs. which respondent is claiming back saying that he has deposited extra in society account by making fraud audit report.
