My brother belongs to Hindu(SC) had been living together to a muslim woman for the past 5 years and the given birth to two male children. He has not got married legally because the lady insisted him to convert to muslim. So marriage is not legalised in the masjid. Now, the lady is willing to convert to Hindu. Birth certificates for the children were obtained by them in Muslim name but the father name is indicated in Hindu. Whether all the three (mother & two children) can be converted to Hindu, how the marriage will be legalised as per Hindu law / Special Marriage Act. Kindly clarify.

contact Arya Samaj Mandir for conversion. If she converts then Spl Marriage Act is not required. This Act is there to help inter religion marriages.

The lady and the children can definitely convert to Hinduism in a temple with the help of pujari or VHP workers and then the marriage can be performed between them as per Hindu rites and ceremonies and can also be got registered legally.

Well advised.
First conversion.
Later solemnizing the marriage.
Both are required.
Contact Arya Samaj People locally.
