Mbbs admission at tamilnadu

(Querist) 11 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
I am already passed +2 but can't joined MBBS at Tamilnadu, since I have taken 3 marks less than other students, my cut off is 193 out of 200. Now I could not try in the next year, since Taminadu admission is on Mark Basis. Also NEET was abolished by Supreme Court. If NEET (Common entrance) is compulsory, I can try and join in the Next year.

Chennai High Court granted green signal in 2007 to Tamilnadu Government, ensure admissions purely on the basis of the marks obtained in the +2 examination .

In all States, if not scored good mark in the first time we can try in next time whereas at Tamilnadu no more opportunity. In all states, all students are having opportunity to try in next time except at Tamilnadu.

Whether I can approach Supreme Court through " SUPREME COURT MIDDLE INCOME GROUP LEGAL AID SOCIETY", to bring entrance at Tamilnadu, since I am from middle class family.

Please quide to contact " SUPREME COURT MIDDLE INCOME GROUP LEGAL AID SOCIETY".
