Can we place wriiten arguments for consideration of charge before jmic court

Sir, We have implicated under 498-A/406 cases and Police has filed the challan and there is next date for arguments and consideration of charge.My query is can we asked our lawyer to place written argumnets for not framing of charges under section 240 CrPC..??? Whether magistrate accepts our argumnets if we wwnat to place the written argumnets before the court??

I do have regard to you Makkar sir..But at the time of arguments judge most of the important aspect not consider the legal aspects and this will not be the part of records while framing the charges ..If we give written arguments with citations then whether not we have the proof that Ld magistrate didnot appropriate the legal aspects which we have raised at the time of arguments which is also available in written from??? Please guide it as I now get cofused with the other learned experts members

u can file written arguments only with permission of court.
