SIR, I GOT MARRIED IN A GURUDWARA BUT MY IN-LAWS HAS TAKEN THE SIGN FROM ME IN BLANK FORM AND MARRIAGE GOT REGISTERED IN AS SOLMNIZED IN TAMPLE. NOW I WANT TO FILE A SUIT FOR CANCELLATION OF MARRIAGE REGISTRATION AS IT WAS UNDER HMA AND WRONGE PLACE OF MARRIAGE WAS SHOWN IN THAT. AND WANT TO RE REGISTERED AS PER ANAND KARAJ ACT. IN THAT SUIT I WILL BE THE PLAINTIFF AND TO WHOM I WILL MAKE DEFENDENT. CAN U GUID ME PLEASE. MY MARRIAGE LIFE IS ALREADY DESTROYED AS MY WIFE HAS ALREADY FILED FALSE CASE OF DV, 3/4DP ACT, AND MORE. WITH REGARDS.

(i) how the marriage got registered fraudulently?
(ii) how it could be registered without your participation in registration?
(iii) are you also a party to fraud and expecting not to be tried under IPC.
(iv) Whether marriage at all took place or not?
(v) When and where the Marriage was solemnized?
(vi) When and where registration took place?
(vii) When you knew the registration is fraudulent?
(viii) Whether this GYAN came to you before or after registration?
(ix ) What did you do on knowing that registration is fraudulent?
(x) whether other details are correctly mentioned in the certificate?
(xi) whether your objection is to marriage or to the registration?
(xii) whether there is any matrimonial discord?
