Dear Sir,

Illegal Construction on father Property after death of two brother without no permission of another brother and MCD. Property mostly make completed. I was complaint in MCD and Police Station but no action yet.

How I can court stay and sealed on the Property

File a civil suit and get an injunction order against your brother/s. And also made MCD, a party to the proceedings and ask an interim relief against MCD also.
