I am planning to buy a site in bangalore.
The Land was agricultural land and it was under the names of mahesh , venkatesh and in the phani mahesh , venkatesh names are appearing.
Mahesh , venkatesh have applied for DC conversion ( The agricultural land to DC conversion).
After converting agricultural land to DC Conversion. Mahesh , venkatesh have sold the DC converted land to Ramesh .
My query is,In phani whether Ramesh name should appear OR Mahesh, venkatesh name should appear.

Try to gave the same name appear in the deed. In any case you can mention both names through alias.

After purchase of land, Ramesh should get inserted his name in Pahani.
