Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently we recieved death body of our relative from Qatar by giving no objection certificate of death's person's brother of showing no objection sending body with him, but now the person is not cooperating with us in getting benefits of his belongings to the death person's own two children, now the child are in critical condition in survive to get their education, daily food, etc. so I need the valuable suggestion from you all, and my question is it possible to cancel this NOC affidavit, and proceed legally to get those benefits from company where he was working before death. death person's brother is now having all rights to getting benefits from the company and he is not cooperating. Need valuable suggestions from you all immediately to proceed. please please, please...

Do you have the copy of NOC signed Whether it states any thing regarding settlements and other benefits.Consult an advocate with all this

The children of the deceased may apply for all the benefits through their court appointed guardian and may request the Company that they are actual heirs and entitled for the benefits. No NOC was given by them, if given on their behalf was misrepresentation and does not restrict their rights.
