Respected Experts , In my suit of 125 interim has awarded and now my query is
1. Can I apply certified copy my self without the help advocate. What is the procedure of the same ? Is there any printed application format to fill ?
2. Can I file application for execution of Interim execution immidiatly on receiving the certified order copy or this will be given on next hearing only after seeing the response from my husband to deposit the amt in court ?

3. If I will not file the execution then court will not force to my husband to pay the expenes with arears ?

4. Can I file Execution myself without the help of my lawyer ? what is the procedure ?

5. How the court will help me after filing the execution? What is this all procedure ?

1. Yes you can apply certified copy without the help advocate. Submit duly filed application form,ask anyone working in court. There is printed application format to fill.
2. Yes you can file application for execution of Interim execution immidiatly on receiving the certified order copy or
3. If you donot file the execution, submit orally then court will force to him to pay the expenes with arears

4. You can file Execution without the help of lawyer
5. How the court will help me after filing the execution? What is this all procedure ?

@Indian Lady, On a copy application filed before the concerned court, you can obtain the certified order copy, you can file a collection petition also if the respondent fails to pay the amount continuously for three months or more, this may be brought to the knowledge of the judge during the next date of hearing itself. All these things can be done by you on your own without any lawyer assisting you.

5. Court will direct to execute orders.

typist sitting inside court premises will prepare appli and stamp it c necessary court fees. you only file in court.
