hi all members
i file RCR against my wife in year 2011.
my wife not come for RCR she received summons so ex-party RCR decree is pass in my favour in year 2013.
my wife file Divorce case against me in year 2012.
RCR decree is pass in my favour in year 2013
i request several time to stop divorce case against me. but vain
what should i do how i stop divorce proceeding please help me... ...

What grounds your wife has pleaded for Divorce?
An RCR decree can not be specifically enforced.

Instead of going for stay, you cross examine in her, because proving cruelty is very tough.

if your wife has filed divorce case contest iron merits . file your written staement . your wife will have to lead evidence in support of her case . you have right to corss examine her . no stay can be granted on divorce case

You can oppose the case for divorce filed by your wife, cross the evidences. Take the services of some good lawyer dealing in family law.
