Dear sir,

My friend wants some clarification

Brothers were running the business at No.2 H.M.ROAD BANGALORE.Elder brother running the business at Basement, 1st,2nd and 3rd floor younger brother running the business on ground floor by obtining the licence but younger brother obtained licence to run the business at No. 315 Avenue road Bangalore

Dispute arose between them,later younger brother boght stay against elder brother
Please advice how to solve this problem

What is the nature of business and nature of Licence .Is your client really running any business at 315 avenue.If it is so find out is there any possiblity to include the G.F.2,H.M.Road as Branch.If no business at 315 avenue road a fresh licence to be obtained for 2.H.M.Road G.F.stating Premises shifed to. Any how it is nice to have a Retd.D.S.P. as advocate and a L.C.I.Expert My above advise is in the point of view of younger brother.If you are on elder brother's side how did the younger bro obtained stay on what basis

It is not clear what are the points of difference, what is the business, what are the licenses, what are the basis of stay?
